Digital Products

All sales on digital products are final.
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the product has been purchased and delivered.

If you encounter any issues with accessing or downloading your digital product, please contact us at rosaonrevenge@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you.


Clothing Products (Physical Products)

All sales on clothing products are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on clothing products once the purchase has been completed.

Exceptions:

If your clothing product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item

We will review the issue and, if eligible, provide a replacement or store credit.


Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
